Expected to boost February tourism by 15–20%, it’s set to be a culinary and cultural highlight.

I led the UX process for the world's largest food festival app, focusing on understanding the needs and pain points of attendees, tourists, and food vendors. Using surveys, interviews, and observations, I identified key user needs, including food discovery, event scheduling, and easy navigation.
