Role
I led the redesign of the KANGI-CLUB product, focusing on UX design processes, and branding to create a vibrant and user-friendly experience. I managed external designers and animators to ensure alignment with the brand's creative teaching approach.

Challenge
My challenge was to encourage English practice at home, attract new leads to learning centers, and strengthen the brand with new educational content.
"My goal is to make learning an exciting and
accessible journey for everyone."

Research
-
Large, bold buttons: Easy to click, especially for kids.
-
Simple visuals: Use familiar, comforting elements.
-
Clear hierarchy: Highlight key elements with size, shadows, and animation.
-
Interactive learning: Engage kids with games, videos, and activities.
-
Parent-controlled payments: Ensure content is suitable and understandable for parents.
-
Child-tested: Validate design with the target audience to ensure ease of use.

Children love to explore and have fun online,
and see the computer as a gateway to play.
User Research
As a result of limited time and budget, I conducted lean user research by interviewing company opinion leaders.
As I asked consistent questions, I tailored follow-ups accordingly.

I developed a balanced color palette to blend well with characters, reducing visual load. The design process was led by me with a team of 2 illustrators and 3 freelance animators, ensuring a consistent look and feel. Style guide

Summary
The Doron project focused on designing for kids aged 2-10.
We added program characters to a dynamic navigation bar for quick connection, balanced free and locked content, and used a simple color palette to keep the interface engaging.
A personal area with avatar creation and STREAM integration added interactivity, creating a fun, intuitive experience.
